Your Ward 3 Voting Guide
One of the things I am most passionate about is making sure people have the information they need. Democracy only works when people participate — and participating starts with knowing how.
This page is here to help. Whether you need to confirm your ward, register to vote online, or find out when and where to cast your ballot, you will find the answers right here. If you have questions I haven’t covered, reach out and I’ll help you find the answer.

How to Register to Vote
You may already be on the voters list. If you are not, or if your information has changed, you can register online through the City of Brantford’s voter registration portal.
Visit the Province of Ontario election page
- Select from Check, Update, Add or Remove options
- Follow the instructions to Check voter status or update or add information.
Voting in Person
Prefer to vote in person? Ward 3 has designated voting locations. Bring your voter notification card and a piece of ID. If you are unsure of your closest location, the City of Brantford’s election page has a full list.
Advance Voting Opens October 15
Advance voting will be available from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from October 15, to 18, 2026 at the following locations:
- Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre, 254 North Park St, Brantford, ON N3R 4L1
- City Hall, 58 Dalhousie St, Brantford, ON N3T 2J2
Voting locations for Ward 3 will be announced at a later date. Check back for updates!
Key Dates
Online voting opens: October 13 at 10:00 a.m.
Online voting closes: October 26, 2026 at 8:00 p.m.
Advance Voting opens: October 15
Advance Voting closes: October 18
Advance voting is open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Election Day: October 26, 2026
Voting hours on election day are 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
